History of the company: The date of commencement of operation: January 1, 1997

The company was created on the basis of the assets of Diora S.A. - an electronic company producing Hi-Fi equipment.

• 1997 - realisation of a wide range of galvanic coatings, including for example:
  • alkaline zinc plating with yellow or blue passivity
  • acid zinc plating with yellow or blue passivity
  • polish chroming of ABS plastics
  • anodizing of aluminium
  • colouring of aluminium chroming of silumines
  • chroming of silumines
  • electropolishing of steel and aluminium
  • silver-plating
  • nickel plating
  • copper-plating
  • brass-plating
  • tinplating
  • chemical nickel plating
  • palladium plating
  • passivation of copper and brass
  • molybdenum-plating

• 1999
  • obtaining of a Certificate of a Company of Clean Production
  • modernisation of the ventilation system
  • thermoinsulation of the shop
  • replacement of the sanitary system
  • modernisation of the sewage treatment plant
  • overhaul of the internal transport
• 2000
  • obtaining of a certificate certifying implementation of the Quality Management System with accordance to the norm ISO 9002 issued by TUV CERT
  • modernisation of the automatic line for metallization of ABS plastics - stage I
  • optimisation of water management
  • modernization of the sewage treatment plant, 2nd stage
  • overhaul of technological and auxiliary machines
  • dismantling of unnecessary and worn-out machines

• 2001
  • award of the Minister of Environment
  • construction of a new automatic line for drum zinc plating
  • minimization of consumption of electric energy through replacement of lighting in the production shop
  • construction of own water supply
  • reorganisation of the internal water network
• 2002
  • construction of a new automatic line for suspension zinc plating
  • modernization of the automatic line for metallization of ABS plastics - stage II
  • modernization of heat energy management
  • initiation of satin nickel plating in an automatic line for ABS metallization
  • obtaining of a permit to realise the procedure of active refining (cooperation with foreign companies)
  • expansion of activities that now include mechanical and assembly processing

• 2003
  • obtaining of a certificate certifying implementation of a Quality Management System with accordance to the norm EN ISO 9001;2000 issued by TUV CERT
  • construction of a new sewage treatment plant
  • renovation of the office space
  • thermoinsulation - replacement of windows
• 2004
  • modernisation of the sewage treatment plant - next stage
  • Thermoinsulation, including insulation of the walls of the service building (elevation) and the production bulding (polycarbonate panes), reparation of the roof
• 2005
  • Purchase of control and measurment instruments
  • for analyses of the thicknes of coating using a non-invasive methods (X-RAY)
  • for analyses of corrosive resistance in salt haze (salt chamber)

• 2006
  • Construction of a new rack line for alloy layers ZnNi (Zink-Nickel) and Zink plating. 
  • Introducion pasivation without hexavalent chromium
• 2007
  • Modernisation of the sewage system co-finansed by EFRP SPO-WKP (activity 2.4) with the participation of NFOSiGW.
  • In January, 2007 the Integrated Management System was certified according to:
    • EN ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management
    • EN ISO14001:2004 - Environment Management
    • PN-N 18001:2004 - Safety Management
