The density of ABS is 1.04 &#8211; 1.07 g\/cm3, which means that the products are: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 times lighter than aluminium<\/li>\n<li>5-7 times lighter than steel<\/li>\n<li>7-9 times lighter than copper and brass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Producing plastic parts several rules must be strictly observed. Here are some of them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>each fault of a mould is emphasized once a galvanic coating is formed (the following faults of the surface must be particularly avoided: scratches, cuts, matt areas, &#8220;orange skin&#8221;, concavities)<\/li>\n<li>large plane and smooth surfaces must be avoided<\/li>\n<li>the radius of the edges should not be smaller than 0,3mm<\/li>\n<li>blind openings must not be deeper than their diameter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Requirements regarding injection moulds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the forms should be made of high-quality non-porous chrome steel (chroming of the forms is not recommended)<\/li>\n<li>smoothness of the surface of the form: min. class 12 <\/li>\n<li>no lubricants are allowed to remove the moulded element<\/li>\n<li>channels in the mould that supply plastic must be at least 50% wider than in the case of other materials <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Requirements as regards the parameters of injection:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good dryness of plastics<\/li>\n<li>Possibly high injection temperatures<\/li>\n<li>Possibly long time of injection<\/li>\n<li>Possibly low pressure of injection<\/li>\n<li>The mould must be thermally stabilised (the temperature of the form should be within the range 60-80\u00b0C and must be stable within the range of +- 1\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The capacity of the cylinder must be within the range of <span>70-80%<\/span> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/galwanizer.pl\/oferta\/cynkowanie\">capacity of the form<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&#8221;@ET-DC@eyJkeW5hbWljIjp0cnVlLCJjb250ZW50IjoicG9zdF9saW5rX3VybF9wYWdlIiwic2V0dGluZ3MiOnsicG9zdF9pZCI6IjM5MzAzMiJ9fQ==@&#8221;
